Nora hugged her soft, white pillow. Her pillow was like a piece of delicate cloud.

Suddenly, a small golden light spun behind the window. That light was Nilo, the kind Sleep Fairy.

Nilo gently fluttered her wings and entered the room. She smiled at Nora and said, “Hello, good girl!”

The kind fairy sprinkled a little stardust onto Nora’s pillow. The pillow began to sparkle.

Nora put her head on the pillow. Now the pillow was softer and warmer than ever.

Nilo sat on the edge of the bed. In a calm voice, she told Nora a sweet story.

Nora’s eyes slowly, slowly closed. She could smell the scent of spring flowers.

Nilo pulled the flower-patterned blanket over Nora so she wouldn’t get cold. She loved Nora very much.

Good night, Nora! Now the Sleep Fairy, too, sleeps beside her on the clouds. Sweet dreams!
