In a faraway, dreamlike land, a girl named Javani lived. Every morning, she would rest on soft, golden clouds and listen to the song of the wind.
One day, Javani opened her eyes and saw a marvelous garden. There were flowers there that danced like warm, shining flames, but they did not burn.
Suddenly, a butterfly named Nari flew out from among the bright flowers and came toward her. Nari’s wings sparkled like tiny, beautiful sparks.
Nari said in a gentle voice: "Hello, Javani! Come, let’s walk and play together in this garden full of delicate flames."
Javani and Nari passed together through the flames. These flames were like the soft petals of spring, and they caressed Javani’s body.
Javani reached her hand toward a flame-flower. The flower was like a warm embrace and smelled sweetly of honey and sunshine.
In the middle of the garden, there was a silver fountain. Instead of water, a liquid, shining light poured out of it, gleaming like pearls.
Javani splashed a little of that warm light onto her face. She felt how strong and happy she was, and her heart filled with kindness.
Nari sat on a large violet flower whose petals trembled calmly, red like fire. She gestured for Javani to come sit beside her.
Javani fell asleep beside Nari in the embrace of that warm, delicate flower. Now she knew that the flames were only a light to brighten the world.
