Night arrived, and the silver stars glittered in the sky. Little Nila stretched out on her soft bed, pulled the blanket up under her chin, and closed her eyes. She was ready to go on a magical journey.
Suddenly, Nila found herself standing in front of a big gate made of pink flowers and jasmine. The sweet scent of the flowers swirled through the air. This was the “Garden of Dreams”; a place where everything sparkled.
Among the colorful flowers, a very fluffy white rabbit named “Cotton” was waiting for her. Cotton said kindly: “Hello, Nila! I was waiting for you so we can take a walk together in this beautiful garden.”
Together, they set off along a path made of stardust. With every step Nila took, little lights lit up beneath her feet, and the sound of a gentle jingling bell reached her ears.
They reached tall trees that, instead of leaves, had soft, silky ribbons. Nila stretched out her hand and touched one of the ribbons. How delicate and cool it was, just like a spring breeze!
A little farther on, there was a small pond whose water shone like diamonds. Cotton stood beside the pond and looked at the colorful bubbles that rose from the water toward the sky.
Nila tried to catch one of the bubbles. When the bubble settled on her hand, a calm music could be heard from inside it. Inside the bubble, a tiny golden star was gently dancing.
In one corner of the garden, there was a big swing made from a piece of soft, fluffy white cloud. Nila and Cotton sat on the swing, and the kind cloud slowly carried them back and forth.
The kind moon, with a sleep cap on its head, smiled down at them from above. With a warm voice, the moon sang them a lullaby. Little by little, Nila felt her eyelids growing heavy.
Nila lay down on a bed made of soft jasmine petals. Cotton sat beside her and said: “Sweet dreams, Nila. Tomorrow we’ll see each other again.” In the Garden of Dreams, Nila fell into a deep and sweet sleep.
